That is Payal Rohatgi - wifebeater Rahul Mahajan's on and off smush buddy and hasbeen who is desperately trying to claw her way back into doing something relevant.


And in a bid to do that, she decided to don a heavily undersized garment of some sort (is it a dress? bikini top with a skirt?) and let it all hang out. She apparently has no access to a mirror either so she could adjust it before she stepped out. Knowing her though, I wouldn't be surprised if this was intended to extend her already long gone 15 seconds of fame. 


Someone needs to give her some work so she can afford a shower and a haircut if nothing else and perhaps some makeup so that her face doesn't look like it is a completely different shade from the rest of the her body
