Mid week tidbits

So a few months ago, when Big B had abdominal issues many people had suggested to him to seek treatment outside India as another option.
But he refused because he apparently had confidence in his doctors in Mumbai who were treating him.
Turns out now that he is going to LA for more treatment. He is supposed to fly out within the next month and spend a few months there trying to get better.
He hasn't made a formal announcement yet (he yaks about everything that is not relevant but keeps the relevant stuff under wraps) but he's apparently stopped taking on more work until September.


Everyone knows Aamir Khan is one smart cookie. He goes all out to promote his films or other ventures.
Everyone also knows that Aamir Khan and award shows don't go together. He doesn't believe in them, finds them biased and avoids them altogether. But it looks like Aamir made an exception coz he is attending the Dadasaheb Phalke awards to unveil a wax statue of Dadasaheb Phalke. His show Satyamv Jayte is on the air soon - if you haven't seen the million commercials for it already, you must live under a rock.
Anyways, I guess business trumps beliefs!
