Legal trouble

Trouble doesn't want to stop following Salman Khan.
Kanpur police have lodged an FIR against the actor,  his bodyguard Shera and a few others for assaulting a few anti-corruption supporters on August 24.
Apparently the supporters asked Salman to join their cause which caused the ass-kicking they got in return.

We all know what happens with Salman when it comes to legal trouble. He slides his way out of it.
He's been arrested numerous times and even sentenced to years in jail. However, he hasn't spent more than a few days in jail. Remember the drunk driving and killing people on the pavement incident? Or the poaching incident in 2006?

Here is what I mean -
In Sep 2002, he was arrested for drunk driving when he ran over a few people sleeping on the pavement in Mumbai killing one. Sure enough, after a lengthy trial and tons of media coverage he was found not-guilty/

In Feb 2006, he was arrested for hunting the endangered Chinkara when shooting Hum Saath Saath Hain. He was found guilty and sentenced to 5 years in jail. He spent a total of 3 days in jail.

In Aug 2007, the Jodhpur sessions court turned down his appeal in the Chinkara case and upheld the 5 year sentence. He was arrested then and was released a week later.

Lets not forget his harassment of his ex-girlfriend Aishwarya Rai right after they broke up. Her parents complained to the police. And Mumbai police released a tape of a phone conversation between Salman and Aishwarya where he threatened her. Sure enough, after "investigation", the tape was declared a fake.

He's going to get a slap on the wrist if anything and things will go back to the way they were.
Sucks. I know.
