There are three or four things that people liked about both films. Like the traffic jam on the streets, the gold heist and everyone double crossing each other. We have retained that flavor, but not everything else. People who have seen the original will find this very different. We have added lots of twists and turns and one can no longer predict what happens next

You basically have copied the whole movie!! All you done is changed the names of the characters, added another girl, added some shiteous songs, some Bollywood drama and Voila!! You have Players!!
There are scene-by-scene copies, no freaking way is this "different" from the Italian Job!
You have a history of "borrowing from" Hollywood. Case in point -

Daraar - Sleeping with the enemy
Baadshah - Mask, The Nick of Time, Rush Hour
Ajnabee - Consenting Adults
Humraaz - A Perfect Murder
Aitraaz - Disclosure
Naqaab - Dot the I
Race - Goodbye Lover
