Remember Nihar Pandya? He is the guy Deepika used to smush hang out with before she got all famous and high society after which she dropped him like a hot potato and moved onto serial philanderer Ranbir Kapoor.


Anyways, a little while ago there was talk about making a movie on their love-story. It looks like the idea is now moving forward.Film maker Prashant Chadha wants it be as real as possible so he's decided to name the leads in the film Nihar and Deepika!! Apparently thats the only way people will be able to tell that its a story on them!! And he doesn't want to get sued so now he has a team of lawyers trying to find a loophole so he can make the shit-fest. Ha!! But that is the story. She DID leave him hanging once her career took off - she's known for doing that. 


This is what he said - 
It's the only way we can retain and project the authentic love story. Otherwise it would be just another love story. But we don't want to get sued. We don't want to portray Nihar as a victim and Deepika as the wrongdoer. Ideally we would want her to play herself. But that seems unlikely.


Duh! You think so? Gee, I wonder why! I mean its a story about her screwing over her former boyfriend which she did do in real life - why wouldn't she do your film!?!


I have a feeling Deepika's team is going to have a field day with this one if it goes on the floor and DOES closely resemble her screwing over her ex. One more person she's got to fight with! As if the Taurani team wasn't enough!!
